: In the general investigation for social science, itcan’t receive all the sample data. Hence, mostresearchers would use questionnaire to do the analysis, which was under the condition of not enough data. Andthe first step is to issue the questionnaires, collect themand calculate the effective percentage of questionnaires.Next, reliability and validity analysis are used to verifythe questionnaire. But in the actual situation, it isobvious that the questionnaires can be influenced byhuman beings, means it will get the incorrect results.Hence, the paper focuses on this and uses thecharacteristics of average of the random numberdistribution to generate the same dimension as theoriginal questionnaire results. By doing this, we canstudy and analyze the average allocation status of theoriginal questionnaire to eliminate the subjectivity ofthe questionnaire itself. First, the mathematics methodof grey entropy in grey system theory is used in thispaper, to reach the weighting of each factor in theresults of actual questionnaire and random numbersquestionnaire. Next, the localization grey relationalgrade in grey system theory is used to calculate thegrey relational grade of the factor’s weighting of bothquestionnaires. The obtained results are used asreasonable reference values of actual questionnaire.Through the practical example analysis, we not onlycan reach the randomness of the original questionnaire, but also understand average distributive value ofactual questionnaire that to provide the reference toquestionnaire rationality.
