A Study on the Nurse’s Retention Factors by Grey Relational Analysis and GM(1,N)

: This study explores the key factors influencing theretention of nurses. By using grey relational analysis onthe five groups, the result showed the seven retentionfactors can explain why high intention nurses would liketo stay in nursing. However, the seven retention factorscan not explain the medium intention group. As for theresult of GM (1,N) analysis, compensation and benefit,organization identification, and job satisfaction are themost important retention factors, while promotionopportunity and peer support are the least important.
