PID Controller with Grey Predictor for Unknown Plant in Industry Control Process

摘要: In this paper, we proposed a PID controller forunknown plant with improved GM(1,2) predictor inindustry control process. The improved GM(1,2)predictor is establish by integrating cubic splinefunction into GM(1,2) predictor for enhancing theprediction capability of GM(1,2) predictor. Then aturning method for gains of PID controller usingparticle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed tofurther improve the control performance of PIDcontroller with improved GM(1,2) predictor. Anumerical example in industry control process is used tovalidate effectiveness of the improved predictor. Theresults show that the proposed improved predictor hasgood performance for controller design in industrycontrol process.
