A Study via Grey system Theory in Lithium-ion Battery Process Impact on the Uniformity of Electricity and Capacity Interrelationship

Summary： During the year of 2008, the petrol price rose to $140 per barrel. The threat of energy depletion,environmental awareness rise, and global financialturmoil all result in the impact of car sale. Hence, thedevelopment of green energy starts the futuredevelopment of alternative energy, which makes theinstant rise of lithium polymer rechargeable battery inthe green supply chain. Currently, countries worldwideare making effort to develop alternative energy sources.Regardless of 3C products or electric vehicles, theyrequire higher quality batteries. Especially, electricvehicle is the main force this century. Although there isno difference on the appearance of electric vehicle andordinary vehicle, there is difference in the internalcomposition structure. In order to reduce the burningcategory components, the motor and controller batterysystem related components are increased. In this case,the battery is the most critical issue. According tostatistics, the sales of electric vehicles will reach 7.29million until 2018. Among them, up to 85.9% of theelectric vehicles select lithium battery as a power source,Therefore, the paper first constructs the lithium-ionbattery process impact factor in the uniformity ofelectricity and capacity interrelationship, and throughthe grey relational grade and GM(0.N) in grey systemtheory to analyze the hierarchical relationship of eachinfluence factors. After the practical analysis andcalculation, it not only can identify the weighting ofeach influence factor, but also can be the citing of themaking process.
